Upgrading from Drupal 9 to Drupal 10

Drupal 9 is no longer the new kid on the block with the launch of Drupal 10 in December 2022.

Drupal 9's end of life date is now set for November 2023, after which point it will no longer be supported. The key reason for upgrading is that Drupal uses a lot of Symfony code, and Symfony 4 reaches its end of life in November 2023.
